CONUS: Contact the Navy College Virtual Education Center (NCVEC) by one of the following:

- Submit a Help Request Ticket: https://kb.livehelpnow.net/30432
- Call the NCVEC (during business hours): 833-330-MNCC (6622). Option 3 "Education & Training", then option 1 "Navy TA & Counseling"
NCVEC hours are 0700-1900 eastern time.
